Hi Matt, this is perfect and you made my choices easier. One more thing, are all your website for your client based on Webflow if it's complex and Framer less complex? Do you code at all or you relying of those two platform which include Relume. Hope you can direct me here as I am planning to offer a website services and rather not use too much coding, you know what I mean.

I will stick to webflow. I used also framer and its better design-wise and speed BUT, in webflow i can export the code html,css and JS, in framer not. If framer adds the option that lets you export the code for hosting it outside awesome then. My situation is that i always export the code and further edit in vs code.

webflow 0 dollar package is too limited depending on what you want to create. Im not sure about framer but i am team framer bc of this

I changed from webflow to framer it really feels like designing in figma.

I now work directly in Framer. Haven’t touched Figma in almost a year. But to be fair I come from the Dreamweaver, Fireworks + Flash era so I have the experience. That said this is a great and fair comparison.

Damn maybe you should disclose that you're being paid by Webflow while you're glazing it so hard and trashing Framer for no reason. Would've loved the video without that

Webflow is hiring cheap youtubers to make ads that try to look like honest comparisons to slander Framer because they are scared of it. This is the third video i have seen by a channel that is sponsored by Webflow (its in the description) but pretends to compare it to competitors fairly. Shameful. I remember when many publicly funded broadcasting companies started doing the same thing in the 2010s and renewed their brand and image once a year. In the end, the countries were forced to intervene in the operations of their own broadcasting companies because large amounts of public money were spent on these brand and image reforms. So I could believe that at some point the shareholders will start interfering with the brand and image reforms of private companies in the same way so that these reforms don't burn companies' money too much.

I enjoyed this video but I wouldn't say these are all trends. I would say these are design staples that are still performing well, and the trend is the nuance or development of that. In that I would like to see more of a break down of what is trending this year, as this could also be taken as a summary+ of the last 20 years of design. Of course good design will always be good design, I'd like to see more of a narrow focus on particular design objects, even 5 or 6 per vid. I would also like to see something about design trends in portfolios and CVs and for different contexts. In design it's important to present your work well, however in the corporate sector can you find good design trends around branding yourself for various industries? Nope.

Great video! I did notice some pretty extreme autofocusing issues on the talking head shots. Since you aren't moving it might be a good idea to turn off autofocus and just manually focus if possible (if filming on a DSLR/MILC)
